The rules and conditions you must follow when using the FitXDiet platform
By using the FitXDiet platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully. Your continued use of the Platform means that you accept these terms.
Trade Name: FitXDiet - Online Fitness Services Platform
These Terms of Use, for the FitXDiet website and mobile applications ("Platform") govern the terms and conditions of use. Everyone who accesses or uses the Platform ("User") agrees to comply with these terms.
FitXDiet is a marketplace platform that connects users with personal trainers.
Communication with experts through messaging and personalized exercise program creation services are provided.
Exercise programs, nutrition guides, and coaching packages can be purchased.
A 45-minute one-on-one online audio/video session with an expert — packages with a capacity of 1, 4, or 8 lessons. Browser-based, no recording is made.
FitXDiet does not directly provide healthcare services. All services offered through the Platform are delivered by independent experts (Service Providers). The Platform only provides intermediary services. In all services, including live lessons, the information and recommendations given by the expert do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or treatment advice.
To become a member of the Platform, being at least 18 years old is mandatory.

The confidentiality of the username and password is the User's responsibility.
When membership is completed, all agreements and policies are deemed accepted.
Membership to the Platform is completely free. Users pay separately for expert services.
Without the other party's explicit written consent recording a live lesson session by any method (audio recording, video recording, screen recording, screenshot, external device, third-party screen-sharing software, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Actions that violate this prohibition:
The FitXDiet Community is a social space where users can share content such as posts, comments, photos (including before/after), likes, polls, Q&A, and tags — their own content (User-Generated Content / UGC) that they produce themselves. Every user who submits content to the community or uses the community is deemed to have accepted the following rules and these Terms of Use. This section has also been structured to meet the requirements of the Apple App Store (Guideline 1.2) and Google Play (User-Generated Content policy) for content-hosting platforms.
FitXDiet, against abusive, demeaning, hate-speech, or otherwise objectionable content and behavior, applies a zero-tolerance policy. Such content is removed when detected or reported, and the violating user is removed from the community.
Every post, comment, and user profile can be reported via the in-app "Report" option. FitXDiet reviews objectionable-content reports Within 24 hours at the latest ; it removes content that violates the rules and, when necessary, removes the violating user.
People that users find bothersome can be blocked. Blocking is bidirectional: the blocking and blocked parties cannot see each other's content and cannot interact with each other.
FitXDiet reserves the right to review shared content, automatically and/or manually, before or after publication, to remove it without stating a reason, and to suspend the account. Some content may be reviewed before it is published.
Community posts reflect users' personal opinions and experiences; they do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional consultation. For decisions related to diet, training, or health, consult a qualified expert.
Sanctions: In the event of rule violations, content removal, a warning, or a temporary or permanent community ban may be applied. The User may appeal decisions via info@fitxdiet.com .
personal trainers are not employees of FitXDiet but independent service providers. They bear their own professional responsibilities.
The relevant Service Provider is responsible for the content of the consulting and training services provided. FitXDiet does not provide any guarantee on this matter.
A live lesson is an online meeting service between the Service Provider (Trainer) and the User, for which FitxDiet provides the intermediary platform and real-time communication technology. This section sets out the standards of the service and the basic obligations of the parties.
Each live lesson is 45 minutes. When the time is up, the session ends; any request for additional time depends on the mutual agreement of the parties and is outside the scope of the standard service.
The session date/time is proposed by the User; the Trainer approves it or suggests an alternative. Once approved, it is considered bindingly scheduled.
Sessions are conducted end-to-end encrypted over a third-party real-time communication infrastructure (Agora.io). Neither FitxDiet nor Agora records or stores content.
Live lesson rights are limited to a specific Trainer; they cannot be transferred to another trainer. As an independent service provider, the Trainer is personally responsible for the scope of the live lesson they provide.
In the following cases, the Trainer and/or FitxDiet reserve the right to unilaterally and without compensation terminate the session:
In such cases, the lesson right used is considered consumed; no refund is made to the User. FitxDiet also reserves the right to suspend the account and initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
FitxDiet provides the platform and technical infrastructure for the live lesson service; however, the Trainer is responsible for the content and professional quality of the session. FitxDiet cannot be held liable for internet outages, hardware failures, or interruptions caused by the communication infrastructure (Agora) beyond the parties' control; however, it makes reasonable efforts to prevent loss of rights.
The nutrition/meal plans, recipes, and training and exercise content on the Platform — including free or ready-made programs such as the "FitXDiet 30-Day Starter Program" — general information and guidance purposes; they do not replace personalized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individual dietitian/doctor's opinion.
The User accepts that they apply this content at their own choice, risk, and responsibility . FitxDiet and its content providers cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or health problems that may arise from the User applying these general programs on their own. One-on-one expert support, personalized assessment, and feedback are provided only when an expert package is purchased.
All payments are securely processed through licensed payment institutions such as PayTR and İyzico.
Service fees are charged upfront at the time of purchase.
Your credit card details are never stored by FitXDiet.
All service fees are clearly stated on the Platform.
All content on the Platform (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, software code, etc.) belongs to FitXDiet or its licensors.
The content offered through the Platform does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice. In case of health problems, be sure to consult a doctor.
FitXDiet does not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of content created by Service Providers.
It is not guaranteed that the Platform will operate without interruption. FitXDiet cannot be held liable for damages resulting from technical issues.
FitXDiet is not responsible for the content of external links on the Platform.
From the account settings, the User can, via the "Delete Account" option, terminate their membership at any time.
In case of a violation of the terms of use, provision of false information, or inappropriate behavior, FitXDiet may suspend or terminate the account.
Even if the account is terminated, the User remains responsible for all transactions made during the membership period.
FitXDiet reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform.
Significant changes will be announced by email or in-platform notification. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means that you accept the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish Law.
In disputes, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
This provision does not eliminate the User's right to apply to the Consumer Court or the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
