General Information

These Cancellation and Refund Terms govern the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund procedures for Personalized Exercise Programs and other digital services purchased through the FitXDiet platform.

Right of Withdrawal

30 days

Your Right of Withdrawal

FitXDiet offers a withdrawal period longer than the statutory minimum. Within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date, as long as you have not completed your personal information form and your program has not been delivered, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
When It Applies
  • If 30 days have not passed since the purchase date
  • If the personal information form has not yet been completed
  • If the service has not been used in any way (the program has not been delivered)
  • If the expert has not yet requested payment
Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Ends
  • After the personal information form has been completed and submitted and the program has been delivered
  • After 30 days have passed since the purchase date (even if the form has not been completed)
  • If the expert requests payment and the payment process has been initiated
  • If the personalized program has been delivered
  • If at least one live lesson associated with the program has been completed (a session held with the trainer and in "Completed" status)

Important: Once the 30-day withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal ends even if the personal information form has not been completed and the program has not been delivered. After this period, the expert has the right to request payment for the service.

Your request is reviewed within 48 hours and the outcome is communicated by email.

After approval, the refund is issued to your payment method within 7 business days.

Service Cancellation Terms

The following rules apply to the cancellation of the counseling packages you purchase:

Cancellation Before Program Delivery and Within 30 Days
Full Refund

If the personal information form has not been completed, your expert has not yet prepared your program, and 30 days have not passed since the purchase date, the service is cancelled and the full payment is refunded.

After Program Delivery
No Refund

Once the personal information form has been completed and the program has been delivered, the service is considered used and no refund is issued.

After 30 Days Have Passed
No Refund

After 30 days have passed since the purchase date, no refund is issued even if the personal information form has not been completed and the program has not been delivered. After this period, the expert has the right to request payment.

Live Lesson Cancellation and Refund Rules

Live lesson (one-on-one online session) rights may be an integral part of a program or purchased separately. For this reason, they are subject to separate rules:

Live Lesson Rights That Have Never Been Used
Full Refund

If the consumer has not held any live lessons and is cancelling their program, the fees for unused live lessons are included in the refund together with the program fee. Active (scheduled / requested / started) sessions are cancelled automatically; no penalty is applied.

If a Live Lesson Has Been Completed
Program Cannot Be Cancelled

If the consumer has completed one or more live lessons associated with the program (a session held with the trainer and marked with "Completed" status in the system), because performance of the personalized service has begun, requests to cancel the program and obtain a refund will not be accepted. This matter is assessed under Law No. 6502 and Article 15(1)/(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Single Session Cancellation — 12-Hour Rule
Free Up to 12 Hours Before
  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the lesson time do not result in loss of the right; a new request can be created for an alternative date.
  • In the case of cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson time or failure to attend (no-show), the lesson right may be considered used; this is at the trainer's discretion.
Cancellation by the Trainer
Right Is Preserved

For lessons cancelled by the trainer or that cannot be delivered, the consumer's right is fully preserved; an alternative date is offered. This does not cause any lapse of time or loss of right against the consumer.

Technical Disruption
Right Is Preserved

For lessons that cannot be held or are interrupted due to technical problems not attributable to the fault of either party (internet outage, hardware failure, platform system error, etc.), the right is preserved and a request can be created for a new date.

Expired Rights
No Refund

Live lesson rights are valid throughout the validity period of the program they belong to. When the program period expires, unused rights end and refund requests relating to these rights are not accepted. It is essential that consumers use their rights within the program period.

Separately Purchased Live Lesson Rights

For live lesson rights purchased independently of a program (on their own, not as an add-on) and never used, unused rights are refunded if an application is made within 14 days of the purchase date. Applications can be made to info@fitxdiet.com or through platform messaging.

Refund Terms and Processes

If, within 30 days, the personal information form has not been completed and the program has not been delivered, the full payment is refunded.

Package Usage Information

Package Validity

Purchased packages remain valid until the program is delivered. Once the program is prepared and delivered by your expert, the service is considered used. In addition, after 30 days have passed since the purchase date, the right of withdrawal ends even if the form has not been completed and the program has not been delivered, and the expert becomes entitled to request payment.

Situations Where No Refund Is Issued

Used Services

No refund is issued for delivered programs and completed counseling services.

Downloaded Content

No refund is issued for digital content that has been downloaded or viewed (videos, PDFs, programs).

Personalized Programs

No refund is issued once exercise programs and nutrition guides prepared specifically for you have been delivered.

Expiry of the 30-Day Period

After 30 days have passed since the purchase date, no refund is issued even if the personal information form has not been completed and the program has not been delivered. After this period, the expert has the right to request payment.

Account Violations

No refund is issued to users who violate the platform's terms of use.
