Essential Features of the Service

The services offered through the FitXDiet platform are as follows:

Online Fitness Programs

Personalized fitness and exercise programs prepared by expert trainers. The programs consist of video-narrated, visually supported content and provide access for a specified period.

Live Lesson (One-on-One Online Meeting)

A 45-minute one-on-one, audio and video online meeting service with your expert. Browser-based, requiring no additional app. Packages with 1 / 4 / 8 lesson capacity can also be purchased as an add-on. Meetings are not recorded; an end-to-end encrypted communication infrastructure is used.

Our services are provided entirely in digital form. No physical product is delivered. Purchased programs are accessible online for the specified period. The validity period of live lesson credits is limited to the duration of the program they belong to.

Service Fee and Payment Information

  • Service fees are stated including VAT in Turkish Lira (TL) on the relevant sales page for each program.
  • The total amount payable (including taxes) is clearly shown to the consumer on the order confirmation page before the order is completed.
  • Payments are made by credit card or debit card via the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
  • Installment payment is available within the options offered by your bank.
  • Once the payment is completed, service access becomes active immediately.
  • Invoice details are sent electronically to the email address provided during the order.

Performance of the Service and Delivery

  • Purchased programs and services are made available to the consumer digitally immediately after the payment is approved.
  • The service can be accessed from any device with an internet connection via the fitxdiet.com website.
  • Program content (videos, images, written materials) remains accessible from the consumer's account for the specified period.

Right of Withdrawal

30-Day Right of Withdrawal

Within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of the service, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. FitXDiet offers a withdrawal period longer than the statutory minimum.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of the service.
  • For the right of withdrawal to be valid, your expert must not yet have prepared and delivered the program. The consumer has the right to cancel until they fill out and submit the personal information form.
  • The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to the info@mdatechnologies.net email address or made via the "Cancel Program" button on the platform.
  • If your expert has not yet prepared and delivered your program, the full payment is refunded under the right of withdrawal.
  • The refund is made within 7 business days from the approval of the withdrawal request, using the method the consumer paid with (credit card/debit card).
Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Ends

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Program delivery: After the consumer fills out and sends the personal information form to their expert, the expert begins preparing the program. Once the program is prepared and delivered, the service is deemed used and no refund is made.
  • Expiry of the 30-day period: After 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, the right of withdrawal ends even if the program has not been delivered. After this period, the expert has the right to request payment.
  • Start of the payment process: If the expert requests payment and the payment process is initiated, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
  • Completed live lesson: If the consumer has completed one or more live lessons tied to the program (held with the trainer and given "Completed" status in the system), the program cannot be cancelled and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, because personalized performance of the service has begun.
Withdrawal and Refund Regarding Live Lesson Rights
  • For program cancellation requests from consumers who have not yet completed any live lesson, unused live lesson fees are included in the refund together with the program fee. Active (scheduled / requested) sessions are cancelled automatically.
  • If at least one live lesson is in "Completed" status, a refund request for the entire program is not accepted.
  • For the refund of unused live lesson credits purchased independently of a program, there is a 14-day application period.
  • For sessions cancelled up to 12 hours before the lesson time, the credit is retained; in the case of cancellations made within 12 hours or failure to attend the lesson (no-show), the credit may be considered used.

Consumer Rights and Complaints

  • The consumer may submit any complaints and applications regarding the service to the info@mdatechnologies.net email address.
  • Complaints are answered within 72 hours at the latest.
  • The consumer may also submit their complaints by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
  • For 2025, applications may be made to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits.
  • The consumer may also submit their complaint by calling the Ministry of Trade Consumer Complaint Line ALO 175.

Protection of Personal Data

The personal data you share during the payment process is processed under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For detailed information, you can review our Privacy Policy page.

  • Your payment information is processed by the iyzico secure payment infrastructure and is not stored by us.
  • Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing the service.
  • Your data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • Live lesson processing: The Agora.io infrastructure is used for the real-time audio and video transmission of the meeting. When the consumer joins a live lesson, the browser requests camera and microphone permission. Audio and video data is transmitted end-to-end encrypted between the parties; no recording is made by FitxDiet or Agora, and content is not stored on servers. Metadata required to establish the connection (session ID, IP address, connection duration, etc.) is processed and retained for reasonable periods for audit/quality purposes.

Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this preliminary information form. In resolving disputes:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees (within monetary limits)
  • Consumer Courts

have jurisdiction.

Confirm

The consumer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood this preliminary information form and have obtained all necessary information before the purchase. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
