About Me
My sports journey began with Taekwondo at age 4 and, through experience gained across different disciplines over the years, evolved into a performance-oriented coaching approach. This path, shaped by sports such as football and American football, allowed me to grow up in a sports culture based on discipline and endurance.
As a Physical Education and Sport Sciences graduate and NASM-certified coach, I design programs grounded in exercise science. As a trainer at The Peninsula Istanbul, I work with a wide range of clients, from athletes looking to improve their performance to individuals in rehabilitation, offering a strong, sustainable training approach that brings out each person’s potential.
